I went to get my nails taken off and the guy to forever to get the solution, the he drilled or sanded whatever they call it so much it split my nail cause made it to thin. Then charged me and he didn't take my nails completely off. They are a joke

This Nail Salon plus other services, has been the best Place I found since I moved to Longview. They do an excellent service on Mani-Pedi. I’ve tried other places and none of them matched the service or price of the services At Kathy Nails 💅

Today I went in to get my nails done by Ms. Nikki not knowing exactly what I wanted. She’s so awesome she can always come up with something super cute in a matter of minutes for me she puts her little twist to it. I ended up getting a Pedi as well and omg is was awesome just what I needed to end my week. Ms. Nikki never fails she made my day. I highly recommend you check her out. Call a get you an appointment let her get you ready for the holidays.! Plus the environment was so calming and pleasant all the staff was super nice. i decided to have a girls day out with my friend she had not had her nails done in a while so we went to kathy's nails which i have been to several times myself i never thought that being a homosexual was causing trouble there. i let my friend go first and i was waiting to get a french tip put on my nails after she completed her service she asked the mail technician was he going to do her friend next and he actually told her he does not do men's nails. wrong!... i had been in this place at least four times before and he's the one that always did my nails but he after speaking korean or whatever it was to the main lady walked away and went into the back room i was cordial paper my friend's nails and the lady who owns the place said i will take you right now but she had been doing someone's nails when we got there and was still doing the nails after my friends was done so i think it was a cat and mouse game trying to figure out who's going to do the homosexuals nails. i was cordial paid for my friend's nails and i left and that's how the lady she might want to rethink her staffing abilities. but even though the quality of their work is good they are a bunch of hypocritical racial mfs. and speaking in a different language in front of me they thought probably was beneficial but i understand what they were saying i'm being nice to them this place should be banned it should be closed and avoided it all costs do not go. i myself being gay and in a minority i'm not trying to devalue them as individuals but i must say this..... do not spend your money at kathy's nails i used to tell everybody go there now i'm telling everybody go somewhere else. fight the power and may the rainbow flag fly forever!.... do not i repeat....do not go here!!!!!!!!;;

I had the rudest salon lady, when I insisted on not cutting my nails she did it anyways. I went in to have them POLISHED.
