I bought my wife's wedding ring at the Kay's jewelry store in Beaumont Texas 21 years ago. Since that time I have bought her an emerald set, a ruby set, a sapphire set (each set was a necklace, ring and earrings), and a pearl necklace, all from Kay's jewelry. I have shopped not only in the Beaumont store but also in Tyler. I have always found the sales people to be knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful without being "pushy". This was my first purchase from the Longview store, but it was an equally pleasant experience. I don't even consider shipping anywhere else.

The lady we were talking to never gave us her name, if she did I don't remember, but she was very sweet and accommodating, Hope to be able to see her again, will continue to go there from now on.

I purchased a necklace from the Disney CoCo collection at Kay Jewelers. I wore the necklace for the first time and it broke. I was wearing the necklace during a drive. The necklace was not under any stress. I decided to go to the Kay Jewelers in Longview TX on McCann Rd. I spoke with Brady McFarlin. I explained the situation and his response to me was the necklace was not made for durability. I asked it was made for and he told me to look pretty. I am very disappointed in the product and even more by the customer service!

The customer service experience was outstanding. I suggest you asked for Bradie when you get ready to make your next jewelry purchase. He will go out of his way to make sure that you are happy and taken care of.
