Manager today was awesome! Ordered a #4 and ended up with a 4 pc combo, called and explained the situation, went back and she fixed it with a smile! She was very pleasant!!

The biscuit was too hard to eat, box potatoes and gravy, box mac and cheese. The chicken tenders was over cooked, hard, could only eat the center out of them and that wasn't much. That was the finest tenders I have ever been served. I refuse to ever go to another KFC. Second time to get that kind of food, but not again.

Never again, no use in ordering thru the app, they didng have what I ordered thru the app, if I wanted nothing but thighs, I'd order that, waste of my 24bucks for the family meal, People work for their money just to deal with rude drive thru and can't get my money back, I'd advise to come to restaurant before you spend your money thru the app, I did not receive a single item, so they made 24 dollars on me, ridiculous!!!! Never again will I order from KFC, people beware, they will not refund your money!

By far the worst customer service! Went through the drive through where the lady said “what do you want” as if we were bothering her, we ordered 50$ family meal and all she did was hiss the whole time, she clearly didn’t want to work so we just drove off. Which worked out perfectly considering we went to golden chick and got double the food for same price with excellent customer service!

Went thru the drive thru and seen maybe 3 people working. Lobby was locked because of short staff and there was a very rude man banging on the door yelling at the woman inside. She stayed calm and polite. She told him he needed to go thru the drive thru. He went thru the drive thru and continues to scream and yell at her and goes back to the door and bangs and yells at her some more. Just a nasty man! You could tell in her voice she was exhausted and overwhelmed and the other two workers in there was just standing there doing absolutely nothing! She was cooking and serving and answering the drive thru calls. This poor girl was doing it all. Her name was Alexis. This girl has a strong soul for taking all that and continuing to work and be polite to all who came thru the drive thru.

Ordered drive through, employee had a chip the size of Texas on her shoulder and was very rude. The food tasted awful, chicken was overcooked.

At about 8:00 on 12/9/23 I drove through kfc got home chicken was old and dried out. After spending over $12.00 for 4 pieces of chicken I expected it to be better. Very disappointed in KFC.

Went and waited in line for for about 30 min and spent another 5+ at the speaker and nobody answered. I get it was a Friday at lunch but still. I'm not the only one that left the line.
