Having left a very unfriendly and unhelpful Ulta just a few doors down and walking into Sephora at Kohl’s to be greeted and treated with the utmost respect and help was so refreshing! The young lady that helped me was so friendly, helpful and made me feel important and beautiful..at 70 years old, that is not an easy job!

I love shopping at your store ,but today I spent about an hour trying on some clothes and picked out a few things to buy. Went to the check out and there was one person at the register. And 10 in line to pay. I waited about 10 minutes, but it was moving slow. This is not a complaint against the employee, but to management. She was doing her job, there were multiple employees in the store waking around. Why wasn’t there more cashiers? I had to leave my items, I lost my time and you lost a sale.

None of the staff ever offered any help unless we approached them. They seemed like they were too busy talking to fellow employees, some who were off duty...
Pricing was fair, and yes, there were some discounts, but limited on sizes...

It's been a long time since I had assistance with buying shoes, but I wouldn't have these Nikes if the sweet lady working that day hadn't shown me the correct size and width! You'd think I'd be able to do that myself by now, but, what can I say!? Thanks!
