Allie is one one my favorite employee's that works at Kohls, she always treats you like a valued customer! She is always smiling, greeting you, acting respectful and professional! I love that Kohls gives you a discount when you return Amazon products through their stores site. You can kill two birds with one stone. Do a quick Amazon return, then shop & save at Kohls!

While shopping before Christmas I left a small bag containing a Sephora gift certificate at checkout.... I called store when I realized I didn't get home w/it... everyone I spoke with was very kind & helpful.. Paul the store manager called me and took information about purchase... They located gift card and secured it in customer service area for me to pick up later... Thanks for going above & beyond!!! Love your store!

So far not good. Your prices seem higher and you got rid of a set of checkouts. So higher prices and longer lines to check out. Good for the bottom line bad for shoppers.

Raymond was extremely polite and helpful as we checked out. He carried on conversation with my granddaughter during the checkout and explained to her the reasons for the sounds being made automatically. It was information I didn't know, but had never asked. Thank you Raymond.

This store is always clean, associates are friendly. For as many customers go checkouts, they could probably open another register. Not sure why they took other registers away.

My husband hates to shop but needed clothes for an upcoming event. We were able to find everything he needed quickly. Most of the items we purchased were even on sale, and we received Kohls cash when we checked out! It was a win-win shopping adventure!
