Not even closing time and they have an employee telling people they can't come in because they are closed. If you want to close 15 mins early then change your time. Also after refusing to let me in he let in another customer.

Until yall do some thing about that old lady that works self check out I will not be shopping here again. Loves to assume people stealing and be right on there ass watching there every move once the checkout says “help is on the way” then wants to start ringing up my stuff & start checking through my bags.

Victor was very professional and made my night. God bless Victor and I never had a credit card in my life and he showed me the benefits of Kroger MasterCard.

I went to Kroger's because I wanted something specific at a reasonable price. Kroger had discounts that I ordinarily don't see. Products were so much cheaper than the monopoly in East Texas. I will return when it's grocery day. I had to go a bit out of the way; however, it was worth it!

So I used to think NOTHING could turn me off from Kroger until TONIGHT! Best sales…best selection & what I used to think was the best customer service but after tonight, NOPE! I’d say Walmart Supercenter has them beat. What store literally won’t let you check out when you’re in line with a basket full of groceries totaling over $150 that you need for the church Thanksgiving lunch b/c it’s 3 minutes after close? There was literally a man checking out in front of me! I mean it’s not like they had to do it b/c they had already shuffled us to the, “Do it yourself” line. I mean really? I drove over half an hour to get here!!!!! 3 minutes after close & you won’t let me get my stuff? The cherry on top was having to wait 10 minutes for them to unlock the door to let me out! And look…it’s 12:16…I’m already in my car & wrote a review! I think I could have gotten my groceries. Oh wait…people don’t do unto others anymore. This Thanksgiving I’m grateful that despite how others treat me, I don’t let it ricochet off me & screw things up for everyone else. My sweet senior citizens that don’t have blood family will still get to celebrate Thanksgiving tomorrow w/what I promised them if I have to fly to the moon & go w/o sleep to cook it all for them. Kroger Karen won’t ruin it for them. Sometimes all you have is how you treat people. I just hope Kroger Karen feels better about herself. Now that she got to exuberate some of that authoritative energy on making sure everyone “didn’t” get what they came for…maybe now, she can use it for good & actually help people find what they need instead of turning off some of the lights at 13 minutes before close & making everyone feel like they’re on that supermarket rush game show. We know Karen…you get paid either way. News flash! Try going above & beyond. Maybe then, there would be less self checkouts reminding you just how much more stamina they have than you & less people like me reminding corporate that despite you physically doing less, the short interaction time I had w/you let me know you could care less if you ever had or helped a customer again EVER! You’re just doing your time. Prob one of the reasons there’s only one Kroger in Longview. Complacency kills & there’s always someone out there that would feel blessed to be where you are. You could have been a life saver & I would have remembered you for a completely different reason…. but instead, even when I told you how far I drove & what I needed it for you didn’t even care & then made me wait on YOU. If pulling rank made you feel better about yourself then I take it all back. Every dog has their day, right? Woof woof! Glad I could help in letting you get yours. God Bless Kroger Karen & people….if you can’t check out BY closing….step AWAY from the cart (no matter where you are in the store &/or what’s in it) & JUST LEAVE! Otherwise you’re just getting steps in for your watch!

Today you get a two. I stood in line at customer service that was no less than 7 to 9 people for 15 minutes while one girl tried to get through all of the customers. One gentleman was very old and could barely walk, he shuffled really I saw the front end manager walk by no less than five times And ignore it. She even stepped outside for a moment and then came back in not doing anything really just wandering around. The girl at customer service did a fine job and was very polite with a smile on her face even after I told her what crappy managers she had. I watched the manager of the Store walk by stand behind the counter For 10 minutes and do nothing about the 7 to 9 people standing in line at customer service Kroger
is the only place in East Texas, so far that we have run into horrible customer service. We moved here about three months ago and every place we go. Everyone is so kind and goes above and beyond to take care of their customers, but not Kroger, oh no. Customers last. I won’t come back here.

I will not be shopping here again. I literally witnessed an employee put his hands on another employee without the young man's consent. I know that you do not conduct yourself in that manner. I would hope that the incident was reported to the management. Please teach your new hires to conduct themselves professionally. I also witnessed something that I perceived as racism. I do not want to go into detail. This location has a high turn over rate. I can see why. Appreciate your employees better and those that want to work let them. Good help is already hard to find, please do not get a lawsuit for harassment for which I witnessed. Treat your staff that are willing to work better. If it had been me I know what I would have done.

Every time I visit this place it is a bigger train wreck. I went in to see if they had what I was looking for and there were about 5 corporate bosses standing outside looking like they did not know there head from a hole in the ground. They did not have what I was looking for I had my daughter in the cart and I went out the door where people come in the shopping cart wheels locked up so I could not leave like I was stealing something this a joke if you are the only adult and this happens and you have a bunch of kids with you this is a clown show they make it more complicated to leave with a family now you have to juggle your family across the parking lot without a cart. Kroger is a diper fire it's cheaper and easier to take your business to Walmart ZERO STARS FOR YOU KROGER you do not deserve the one star that this review makes you do

We drive an hour one way just to shop at Kroger. The grocery stores around where we live are around 1$ or more more expensive per product, and Krogers quality of meat, the Nolan Ryan brand is a good quality brand. This store is older, one can tell however the employees are always nice and very helpful. And the Kroger points program really saves on fuel price also.
