We looked for furniture for the last few years. We were looking for a specific color to match our existing furniture. Lazy boy was the place for us. They had many fabric color and texture samples in the store and made the ordering process very easy. Our chairs arrived 8 weeks to the day from ordering and we could not be more happy. We went with Joshua recliners. Great experience.

Purchased two recliners a couple years ago. The foot platform doesn't stay up and needs repaired on one of them. Called the Longview store where we bought them. Was told it will cost $200 to pick up and $175 per hour to work on at their Tyler Tx location. We paid for extended warranty when we purchased the two recliners incase we did need to have them worked on. Longview Lazy-Boy says we are not in their system. So much for the extra money paid for extended warranty. We will never purchase another Lazy-Boy product. Enjoy that extra money you got from us for the fake extended warranty.

I knew what I wanted. Staff found the right chair that matched my criteria. Easy purchase. Very satisfied and will buy there again. lol..staff does as trained and pushes the fabric protection hard (I didn’t take it)

Bought a leather recliner. About 6 months later seam started to come apart. Was told they no longer had the leather to replace the side arm. They repaired it instead. Looked ok. We later purchased 6500 dollars worth of furniture from here. Fast forward. 3 years later the same side of the chair has seams coming apart and the leather is peeling. We take very good care of our furniture. This should not be happening. Was told to call the 800 number. They said out of warranty. I am beyond disappointed.. we conditioned the leather as directed. We have no pets. It’s just my husband and I. I will NEVER BUY LAZY BOY again. Very very pricey furniture. The chair should be replaced. I feel it was defective from the start. It was a floor model. Big mistake.

I bought a recliner less than a year ago and it’s already broken. The reclining mechanism is held together with plastic pieces and after some research it seems to be a common problem. It’s still under warranty so I called the Longview store and they told me I would have to call the service center in Dallas. When I was finally able to talk to somebody they told me I had 2 options: take it to their warehouse in Tyler or pay $125 for them to come to my house. Please don’t make the mistake I did, buy your furniture somewhere else.

If you're looking for a La-Z-Boy this is the place. You can purchase from the showroom floor or build yours custom to you. They also have coaches and living room sets. Which also can be custom to you if you want to pay. Prices are high.... but you get what you pay for. Good quality, great customer service.

We spent $10,000+ and less than a year later we had stitching come un done on part of the sectional, and the lever mechanism on the recliner is now broken

ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS HAVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH! RUN! RUN from this store!! Not only Made a $3400.00 special order, what I consider to b a high dollar recliner, but they simply ignored me when I clearly showed them that my chair is WAY OFF from in store sample!! They brushed me off with a 1-800 number - Customer service said I SHOULD HAVE ASKED if it would look COMPLETELY diff in my home THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!! Her name is Yolanda, Dallas. Not only inept but ANGRY!! Bizarre to say the least. I’m still waiting for a call back, been weeks. Sofar…still waiting. In store manager ignoring me also

I am beginning to regret buying from this place. Can't seem to get a straight answer, delivery dates just seems like made up, was told they had all the furniture in Longview but wasn't. Very frustrating.

Very nice staff, financing on the spot through a computer program right on the floor. Free delivery and will move old furniture to the curb. Delivery was a little late however it was a sale weekend as owner is retiring. Has some great deals
