Which also can be custom to you if you want to pay. Prices are high.... but you get what you pay for. Good quality, great customer service.

We spent $10,000+ and less than a year later we had stitching come un done on part of the sectional, and the lever mechanism on the recliner is now broken

ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS HAVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH! RUN! RUN from this store!! Not only Made a $3400.00 special order, what I consider to b a high dollar recliner, but they simply ignored me when I clearly showed them that my chair is WAY OFF from in store sample!! They brushed me off with a 1-800 number - Customer service said I SHOULD HAVE ASKED if it would look COMPLETELY diff in my home THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!! Her name is Yolanda, Dallas. Not only inept but ANGRY!! Bizarre to say the least. I’m still waiting for a call back, been weeks. Sofar…still waiting. In store manager ignoring me also

I am beginning to regret buying from this place. Can't seem to get a straight answer, delivery dates just seems like made up, was told they had all the furniture in Longview but wasn't. Very frustrating.

Very nice staff, financing on the spot through a computer program right on the floor. Free delivery and will move old furniture to the curb. Delivery was a little late however it was a sale weekend as owner is retiring. Has some great deals

I will preface this by saying the sales woman we spoke with was excellent. She was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of our questions, giving us the information we needed to help us decide which furniture choice we wanted to go with, and was all around wonderful. When we were denied financing through Synchrony Bank but not given a reason why, she brought us to a woman behind a counter who was able to call the bank to see if she could provide any further details as to why we were denied. She very much seemed to act like we were inconveniencing her when she was asked to contact the bank on our behalf. We walked out empty handed when she said the bank couldn't provide her any more information and that was it. Instead we went to Ivan Smith furniture and within 20 minutes of walking in there, we found out that we had been denied due to suspected identity theft. Not only did they help us figure out how to clear the matter up, but they helped us get the living room set we wanted that was exactly within our budget and helped us set up delivery. La-Z-Boy definitely has comfy furniture, and I've been told they stand by their products and warranty, however this experience has left me considerably less than thrilled with them and definitely does not make me want to try doing business with them again in the future. For the saleswoman who worked with us, thank you for helping us and taking the time to talk to us.

The salesladies are accommodating and friendly…easy to deal with. But, try to avoid the grumpy old man that's sitting in a chair in the back like he's a bodyguard of La-z-Boy. After being so sharply rude to me with his words, he hid in the back and the problem was solved without him. John has no business whatsoever working with the public. I'm sure he has run off plenty of business with his rude unacceptable behavior. He definitely doesn't exhibit a type of manager that I would expect La-z-Boy to hire…much less keep. I was willing to walk away and leave my downpayment behind…the experience was a discouragement and left me with a no confidence feeling. I planned to return after the delivery of my sofa in 6-8 months to purchase a coffee table but I will take my business elsewhere. Sorry “owner” but John needs to go.

Good selection. Definitely friendly, patient, and helpful staff. I was searching for a recliner. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best recliner for me. No pressure to buy at all. I ended up buying one and returned at a later date for pickup. Pickup was extremely quick and easy.

They charge way to much for delivery. I paid extra to have 2 recliners treated and when they arrived, they hadn't been treated at all. The delivery guys tried to tell me they were treated because it was on the paperwork. They did come to my home at a later date and treated them. That guy was a solid professional.
