The automated check in doesn’t actually work & the front desk woman has zero idea how the kiosk or online checkin works. Prepare to wait well passed your appointment time to have your labs done.

Went in to get blood drawn and was prepared for a bad experience due to the reviews, but was PLEASANTLY surprised by the outcome.Total opposite of what I had anticipated! The two women working there were incredibly kind & patient with me, check in was easy and drawing blood took less than 3 minutes.

Get your hours straight!!!! Post it online, put it on the door, or have a human being answer the phone so people know that you are closed from 12-1:30 instead of the lunch hours posted! No one likes sitting in a hot car for an extra 30 minutes!

The 2 ladies at Labcorp are very professional and very sweet ladies. I have been at least once a week or once every 2 weeks for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. I have never heard the ladies be rude to anyone. If anyone has a bad experience maybe they need to check their attitude at the door.

Worst place ever! I have been taking DOT drug tests for work employment for the past 25 years... Never have I had to wait an entire week to receive results!!!

As soon as a walked in today the front desk lady slammed the sliding window shut, another woman even thought is was inappropriate. Saw I came in with a child and made us wait 15 minutes to deny testing. (didn’t know you can’t let children wait outside the bathroom)

I had gone to Quest Diagnostics for blood tests in the past, but they are closed for a few months. Despite the scary Google reviews, I decided to give Labcorp a try. Their website was easy to use to schedule an appointment. All I had to bring was my doctor's orders (but make sure you bring ID/insurance info). Mobile check-in was a breeze. Once I parked I clicked a button from the email on my phone to let them know I was there and waited in my vehicle. A couple of minutes later I received a text that they were ready for me. I walked in and they immediately asked for my doctors orders. I handed it over and sat down. A couple of minutes later they called my name. The lady that took my blood sample was very professional and nice. After she finished, they didn't need anything else from me and I was on my way. The whole process from pulling in to the parking lot and pulling out of the parking lot took less than 20 minutes. Got the results in 24 hours.

They are so rude and not helpful at all. I had a company number needed for the company test I kept asking them to look at my screen and tell me if it’s this number and they kept saying if I look at your phone I have to take it to the back… lmao it’s a number YOU need I’m only asking you to confirm

A few months ago I was discriminated Against, During my blood drawing, I was discriminated against as a transgender, The Christian nurse, Stated I was too cute for transitioning And HRT treatment, I will never forgive The treatment I received, As a Communist party member, I am against the Christian state of Texas, It was very inappropriate, And I never Received the results, I will not stand for the abuse of the State, Or dogmatic Christian Fascism. Texas hate from this Facility, Completely sick and disgusting, I no longer practice Pacism, Because of the complete homophobia, Of the Bible belt and the state of Texas

The wait is absolutely ridiculous and the associate that works upfront is very rude. This place is ridiculously small and a dump. I will drive to Tyler to get blood work done.

Not at all reliable in my experience. The results they gave me were very different from other laboratories. In my experience, the results were unreliable. It had nothing to do with my reality.

Had my blood drawn over 2 weeks ago and still waiting on results. No one answers the phone and no one returns your voicemail. I sent emails to support a week ago and no reply. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone.
