Changing my 5 star rating to 1 star.
I've been a customer here for almost 10 years. The new manager Nicole is unprofessional and extremely rude. Mind you I'd never met or talked to this woman before. I had received a call letting me know I was late making my payment and to call her back. I called about 30 minutes later , I told her I knew I was late, that something had happened that prevented me from making my payment when due, however I would make it asap to catch up my account. When I asked how much I owed , and she said $900.00 I asked why it was so high as it is Feb and was paid up to January. She yelled at me and told me she didn't care if I paid, she wouldn't rent to me anymore anyways...... this woman is awfully brash and completely out of line.

I have been sitting here since 7:30am on a Sunday. It is currently 9:30am and I have been calling non stop no one is answering. I even called Longview police station to see if they could help. So much for trying to get a head start on the day! All because the gate won’t open!

I have couple big one there for awhile and I feel so safe with the gates and lights in my units. Easy going good people. I’m getting more units no hesitation I want there.

I have had a great experience with this storage facility. They have a kiosk that can take payments by cash or card 24/7 as well as online so u never have to worry about catching someone there to make ur payment. The place is clean and safe. The only thing about it that i didnt like was that they arent open 24/7. They close pretty early too I believe around 10pm. That is inconvenient for me.

The units we rented needed cleaned out they were nasty .shouldn't have to do that and spray for bugs.

Credit card was stolen, called with new card number, they tried to send old number and it was denied, THEY LOCKED ME OUT before they even called me and let me know. They wouldn't use the new card and was going to lock me out of my unit. We closed the account. Had been using them for 10+ years. Manager rude and unprofessional!

My oldest sister Kathi has used this storage facility for years, probably around 15 or 20 years.they're very spacious in the price is really reasonable.

The self serve kiosk charged my credit card and said it didn't. Then it asked for cash. I put in $80 which the owner acknowledges. I never received a storage unit. After speaking with 4 different staff via the kiosk and waiting 1.5 hours we left. Both charges were eventually refunded.
