Thank you to everyone that helped me today from Longview Flower Shop. Considering the issue (I was done buying flowers for the day)Patrick got me set up with a beautiful arrangement before the original time I was quoted on.....that other site. My wife was happy with the arrangement and the Peace Lily so I am happy. Unlimited stars in my book. Thanks again and I will definitely name drop when anyone I knows needs flowers.

My husband ordered through Avis flowers for my birthday and they canceled the order (Avis)
Longview Flower shop went above and beyond to fix the issue and provide amazing customer service. Thank you to Patrick and the delivery woman who made my day special. I think the quality speaks for itself. They are stunning and so fresh!!!

My flowers were ordered the week before Valentine's day. My SO was told that they would be delivered before noon, guaranteed. I didn't get them until 3:30pm. I admit, they do beautiful work & use good quality flowers. But this is the second time he's ordered from them that they didn't deliver when promised. I work 6 blocks away...I could have picked them up myself since they were so busy. Both times, he's called to tell me he ordered flowers & realized I hadn't gotten them. I know Valentine's day is a big day but they don't have anyone to answer the phone & they don't have enough help to get things done & delivered when promised.
