I was told by the Medical Center to arrive 2 hours before my procedure, which was ridiculous! I sat in the waiting room for one hour before anyone even acknowledged I was there. After I left the waiting room, the service was wonderful! Everyone was polite, helpful and friendly. They made me very comfortable!

I got SI joint injections and the entire process was smooth. The staff was friendly and professional and the guy who was with me during the procedure as well as the guy who did the procedure were AMAZING!!!! They treated me really good and made me feel at ease.

Everyone from registration to the front desk to the wonderful MRI techs were amazing. Donna and Chris in MRI were very compassionate and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They checked on me in between scans to make sure I was ok. A+
