I just recently started using Storage Plus of Longview on Pliler Precise Rd. Dewayne was very polite and enthusiastic! I took a load over there today and had several heavier items and Dewayne seen me unloading stuff and broke away from what he was doing to come help me! That right there is customer service! Not to mention brought me 2 cold waters. Highly recommend Storage Plus! Guarantee you won’t find better customer service anywhere else!

Storage Plus of Longview is great! I always feel safe being there. DeWayne is awesome. He always checks in with me and offers me a cold water and some candy. I definitely recommend them for your storage needs. They also rent some Uhauls, which is handy. If you're looking for storage, look no further. Storage Plus is the place to rent!

I have a storage unit here. I live in Tucson, AZ! This storage place has done everything to accommodate me, and made me comfortable. They communicate with me like a business should with their customers. Paying my bill has always been simple. I would recommend them to anyone for storage rental!?

Friendly and helpful staff very well maintained locations and promptly addresses any issues they are notified about. Strongly recommend ask for Dewayne great guy!

I've been with this storage facility for over 1 and half years. The couple that ran it for years- Tom and Dianna were absolutely terrific- and I miss them.
So, I will admit that I had my doubts about the fact that nobody would be living on site. Well even though I have yet to meet the new owners face, I've talked to them and several emplyees and they have bent over backwards to help me. They do deserve all 5 stars and I would highly recommend this place. Very clean too.
Final review. DEWAYNE SALLY, Manger isdelightful. I'm moving iut today after 3 yrs of rentng large uni. He is more than a manager. It's because of him that this place is safe, clean, and runs like a top. I've never been treated with such kindness feom a busuness owner. . Thank you Dewayne, for everything. .

Storage Plus have great and friendly service. They helped me to find the right unit that I needed and for a great price. They also have great specials for first time renters such as first month free.
