Incompetent is the best word to describe the staff at Lowe's in Longview. They asked me to leave my number 5 times and never got any calls back. I had to call them every time!! and then "oops must have sent the item back already!" You idiots... learn how to do your job or at least have some shred of respect for your customers to call them back after you said you would!

There is a reason people say "slowes". The only thing I can think of when it comes to this store is that management must be completely incompetent because I stopped buying from them a year ago and today I decided to buy online and pickup. After my notification that my order was ready I finally made it to the store three hours later to find out my order was not ready and everyone, except the young man who helped me load, did nothing except run me back and forth across the store. The pro desk would not do much even though 4 guys were standing behind the counter just shooting the bull but the brain dead person at costumer service just sent me to another level! She was obviously flustered since she had 3 costumer's counting myself but would not call the other side of the store where she wanted me to go even though I informed her that I had just come from there and they didn't have any orders but that didn't matter to customer service. Long story short I ended up going to the back of the store and pulled my own stuff and wasted an hour just trying to use the store's pickup option. I WON'T BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On 8/25/2020 sales rep Chris McDonald in your Longview, TX store sold interior windows for my home in the amount of over $7000 dollars. He informed me that a contracted company would be coming out to install my windows. He also informed me that I would receive my contract via email and that never happened. When I contacted Chris in reference to my contract he informed me that I would have to go into the local store to pick that up. During the height of Covid that was not an option for me I contacted the store and they informed me that they would have it on file whenever I needed it. The contracted company sent out Julio who never completed the job. I contacted Tom Saco and Joshua from the company on several occasions within the year. They assured me that Julio would return and he never did. I contacted Julio several times throughout the months and calls were rejected. I went into Lowe's after several months of no response and I was informed that my contract couldn't be located. It has since been over the year for the warranty, and the windows have been paid for in full. I have contacted the ITS department and they also informed me that there was no contract. If the work has not been completed, but paid for, I feel as though Lowe's should honor their work and complete my windows. Lastly, I will bring up how the representative by the name of Shakita falsified a contract with my name on it. My daughter, Krystal Sanders contacted her. She emailed my daughter a copy of a contract and added my daughters name to the contract. Lowes did not know my daughters name until she called to make a formal complaint with Shakita, my daughters name should never be on this contract. That is how I know these records were falsified, plus the contract should've been in my father's name who is a joint owner of the Lowe's card that the windows were purchased through. Being that Lowe's falsified documents, you will definitely have to see me in court.

If I could give no stars I would. Customer service sucks balls and they need to BETTER! ESPECIALLY since they support Veterans!! Like show some effort and do better! I just wanted a key made amd if I didnt need an associate to do it, id be in amd out. I waited over 20 minutes after I ask for assistance. DO BETTER LOWES.. IM TALKING ABOUT ALL YOUR LOCATIONS!. LEVEL UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Why in the hell does a business online have an option to check for availability and it says they have it and don't!!!!! That is the dumbest crap, why would I be checking if you have it in store and then it not be there?! Oh we can have it Thursday, I need the damn thing today!!!

I am a frequent customer but two things they Do NOT do well: deliver on time after a 4 hour window and a 6 hour wait with NO communication AND a human to answer the phone! I "let it ring" for 8 minutes and Customer SERVICE NEVER answered'. Total BS! No excuse!

Lowe's was having their appliance sale. I needed a new washer and dryer. I really needed a stackable due to space constraints and full size due to family needs. When I got to Lowe's, I was so excited to see the full size washer and dryer stackable were $485 and $496. I decided to purchase both and told the sales person I was going to get them. The sale ended that day. After spending two hours in the store getting the run around, I was told they were not available, I was unable to purchase the floor models, but they would be happy to take my order for the new models coming out at double that price. I left confused, angry, and frustrated!!! Talk about bait and switch !!!!!

NEVER SPECIAL ORDER FROM LOWES This is by far the worst customer service at any Lowe's I've ever shopped out in the country. I'll go one step further in stating this possibly might be the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any retail store in the country. I ordered a refrigerator in store and was told it would be in within a week; they would call me with an update. That was 75 days ago. I called every two days inquiring on the status often never having an employee to pick up the phone. When I finally get someone on the phone they tell me that they can't get the information from their vendor and I'm more than welcome to call them for an update. There must be something wrong with their organization when it comes to special orders - I have shown them where I can order it on Amazon and get it the next day. I live an hour and a half away from the store and asked to cancel the order. I was informed I must come into the store to cancel the order. When I insisted I do it over the phone they hung up on me. I drove three hours round-trip to cancel my order and got my money back. I ordered the fridge from Amazon and got it 2 days later. Thank God for Amazon.

Went in this evening looking for plants they had "in stock" on their website. Asked one lady in the garden center and was told - "I am just here to water plants, I don't know." Walked around looking. Stopped and asked another employee and was told - "I work in plumbing. This isn't my department." She then pointed me to another employee. I stopped and asked her, and she was so extremely rude -saying she didn't even know of the plant I was looking for. I cannot understand disrespect and condescension. There is absolutely no need for it. We ended up purchasing a different kind of plants. When we got to the front - the "plumbing department" employee was complaining to the checker about her horrible headache and that she was going to hide to take a break. She stood there explaining herself while a line formed to check out. She didn't care we were there as paying customers. This store is trash. I won't ever shop here again. Home Depot just got my business.

Very helpful and honest . I had a return and met Clovis in customer service For an exchange . He said I'm gonna be honest Lowes sell cheap broken stuff he gave me a refund and told me to go to Home Depot and yup he was right !!! Great Einstein's genus penis Thank you Clovis !
