Ordered flooring one day delivered the next day by lunch. Prompt, professional and courteous customer service and support. Mr Roberts, the service truck operator had everything unloaded and stacked. Very courteous gentleman. Would definitely recommend this Lowe's to all who needs building materials. Will myself be ordering here again.

The service at this location has declined significantly. If you have an issue, I'd advise against seeking help from management. If customer service is more important to you than cost, I recommend going to Home Depot instead. I waited for 20 minutes and still no one helped me.

I come here a few times a week to get materials for my at home projects. I love the products and the prices but anytime I need an associates help, I have to go track one down. It’s like there’s only 4 people working the store at any given time. Kinda frustrating when you are wanting to get in and get out. Otherwise I have no complaints.

They’re always ready to answer questions, offer suggestions, or help load heavy items. On one visit, an employee went out of his way to help me find the exact size screws I needed and explained the difference between two types. That kind of service really stands out. The checkout process is smooth, with plenty of lanes and self-checkout stations for quick purchases. I also appreciate the online order and pickup option—it saves time when I’m in a hurry. Prices are fair, and the weekly deals often make it even better. Lowe’s makes big projects feel manageable and small ones more fun. It’s a place I trust and recommend to anyone looking for good quality, friendly service, and a wide selection. Five stars without hesitation.

I ordered 3 doors and the vendor Lowe's uses sucks. If you know that the vendor you use is never on time, go somewhere else. Why continue to use the same shitty vendor? And please don't bother posting a canned response Lowe's, it's pretty you don't give a shit or your store would be improving.
