If you're looking to purchase a new matress in the longview area you'd better give Mattress Direct a shot first before wasting time else where.I spent several hours one day recently shopping for a new mattress at 4 different mattress stores in Longview, so I would know.Out of 4 stores Mattress Direct had the best quality for the price range I was in, great selection, and not to mention amazing customer service. I went to Mattress direct to browse the selection and found much more in inventory than I had originally thought. I was greeted warmly by the sales manager Matt. He was extremely friendly and took the time to figure out what exactly what I was looking for! I told him my budget and he walked me to my options. I settled on a new queen mattress and have been getting the best sleep I have in a long time! Thank you very much for such an amazing experience Matt! 10/10 recommend.

The service here is awesome! They have couches, recliners, tables, all kinds of furniture, and if they don’t have it, they get it within a week or so. The adjustable mattress and base we have is perfect, they set it up and hauled off our old one. Matt was awesome!

The staff at Mattress Direct are amazing. We’ve always bought our mattress from them. With a growing family, we’ve bought many. I had no idea they could get me a whole bedroom set! We called to ordered our daughter a new mattress and ended up ordering the most beautiful bedroom furniture. We a very pleased with the customer service from the initial call to the delivery and set up. We’ll definitely be returning when it’s time to update our other children’s rooms! Thank you Chad and staff. You’ve made this whole process of renovating our home so much easier.

I found myself in need of a new mattress and bed frame with the accompanying furniture. Went into see Matt at Mattress Direct and he set me up all the way. I didn't have to go to a dozen stores shopping as he had many options to choose from at a fantastic price. You cannot beat the customer service and the selections offered. Matt at Mattress Direct was amazing!! They didn’t have our bed at the store so he loaned us a different one while we waited. Finally a furniture store that’s ACTUALLY ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also I was impressed that when we first went in we didn’t get some high pressure sales pitch. The whole experience was just awesome!! We WILL be back!!

We are new to town and stopped here one evening after visiting a few other places looking for a decent and well-priced Queen mattress. My wife and I found ourselves in somewhat of a drastic situation after deciding to "camp out" with the kids in our new house without all of our stuff. Let me say there's a big difference between sleeping on the floor at 20 vs 40. We were going to be purchasing one of our kids a new bed at some point during the move, but that got moved up on the priority list rather quickly...Matt was incredibly helpful that evening and had exactly what we needed in stock. We stopped in about 30 minutes before close (which I already felt bad about) with an already full minivan. He really went above and beyond to get us the bed that night and words cannot express how appreciative we are of that. As others have said, this guy needs a raise! :-)I saw a nice couch in there that we'll be returning to look at as soon as we get more settled. Please give these guys a chance for your business if you're in need of furniture.

Bought a Martindale Mattress and box spring combo and I couldn't be more pleased with the products and overall experience at Mattress Direct. The whole team was more than helpful, polite, and very professional. They even worked with me on a price point that helped me within my budget, and even though I didn't use their delivery service and picked it up, they still helped me load it, and even tied it down for me. Just received my adjustable queen bed from Matt and his team. They did a great job with delivery and price was fantastic. This is my second purchase from Direct Mattress and they have always been the best price and service. Highly recommend this local company for all you mattress and bed frame needs.
