“I came here to get blood drawn for my yearly and they were very helpful also when she went to take me back she was very kind and when she went to draw the blood it was 123 and it was over good job!”
“First time: June 26. I live in Van, but Tyler's Quest never has any morning appointments, so I drove here. Longview's Quest was easy to make an appointment online.
The waiting room was unusual to me: no receptionist, just a kiosk. But I checked in via my phone, and it showed my name on the TV above, so that was good. Within a couple minutes, a staffer named Susan came out.
I am in the process of donating a kidney, so I came to pick up a urine container. Susan explained it well.
For the kidney donation, I also need to have some blood sent FedEx to California on Monday, on a very tight timeline that was written out by the CA kidney center.
Susan looked thru my paperwork patiently, and she helped me figure out my options for minimizing driving back and forth. I'll be back Monday to drop off my urine bottle, get blood drawn, and have more blood FedEx'd to CA. I wish Susan was working Monday, but she had full confidence in her fellow staffers.
So far, so good!
Update: Monday drop-off went well so far. Staffer was Kim(?); 26 years experience. Drew my blood like a pro.”
“Waiting area clean and neat. My appt was not until 8:15am and I was a little early, however, I was in and out of there in 10 minutes after getting some labs done. I cannot remember the ladies name that took my blood, but she did an amazing job!!”
