Spoke with a lovely woman by the name of Donelle Echols. She was very patient, kind, and answered all my questions. It's very refreshing to have someone that actually cares while helping you through all the steps. Five stars from me!

Wow, this manager was exceptional!!! After winning and paying for an auction unit I won, Lakesha gave me a card and told me told me about a move-in special. I have several tenants that were affected by the recent storm, and with repairs starting soon, this is exactly what I need. I rented one large unit today, after she showed me how she has units that you can enter from both sides, do after speaking with my husband, I will see how many we need. This is how you get and keep tenants, by having great managers like this in place!!

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The manager Ms LaKesha was very sweet and Knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions with no hiccups. She went over and beyond to make sure that I knew everything I needed to know concerning my move in. She let me know that if I have any questions or concerns that she's only a phone call away. The facility was very clean inside and it was nicely kept. My unit was clean and the grounds were clean and well kept as we rode thru. I would recommend Freeup Tyler St. to anyone interested in Storage.

Needed a spot to store my cargo trailer and found one with FreeUp in Longview. If you're looking for a storage space it's a great option. Simple process and the two ladies in the office are very helpful and just an all around pleasure to deal with. Prices are on point and service is top notch!
