BUYERS BEWAREI went to return an item that I specifically asked staff about. It did not preform the task I bought it for and now they will not allow me to return the item. The store manager came over and had a smirk. She did not listen to the issue and just stuck her hands in her pockets. She did not care that her staff lead me incorrectly (after chasing them through the store). I was told I was now stuck with the item. She just kept saying nope we will not return the item while leaning back on a counter refusing to actually listen to the issue. Customer service is atrocious here, if you can call it service. The smugness and smirking was not needed as well as telling me I’m now stuck with the items. I can now see with a manager like that, why I had to literally chase two employees around the store to ask a question about the item before purchasing. It’s clear that being rude to customers is more important then actual service. Please improve your staff, their attitude and practice professionalism.Plus selling items that are broken or missing so make sure you look items over fully before buying. (Found this within 5 min in the store..)
