I am so glad to finally find an auto shop that really cares about their customers. Dustin was so helpful and informative about my oil change and exhaust issue. My 2013 Buick was getting loud but Eric (the technician) fixed it without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend Midas Longview to anyone needing an oil change or any auto work. Got our brake pads(life-time warrantied now) rotors polished, drums changed 10/10 service. They were upfront with the estimated cost, had our vehicle in and out in no time. Will be coming here now instead of other shops.

Eric and staff have been outstanding. Direct and to the point fixes. Gives pricing upfront, tell you what you need done and if somethings can wait. Great customer service and even fast mechanical service. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

My husband and I made an online appointment for 11 am to get brakes. We arrived earlier than we expected (an hr early lol). We met Eric who was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Eric’s professionalism was top tier! He informed us about the timeframe of the service and even provided updates/delays that was very appreciated. Oh, even suggested restaurant with in walking distance to go to while our vehicle was being serviced. All the staff were very friendly and prompt with each vehicle coming in. We have never been to a mechanical shop that pulls your car in the bay “Immediately” after signing consent to perform service. We recommend this location and Eric to all of our family and friends. This is our go to shop from here on out!!

I found them refreshing. They dont try to take you to the bank and their honesty was quite refreshing. They aslso do most anything kind of work on a vehicle, they are really limited, brakes, oil changes, tires, etc. and they carry great warranties to boot. Highly recommended.

Fast and informative. Ive learned both times I've been there. Showing me and explaining what and why they do things. Never seems to take that long and I like their work. The prices are more than reasonable for the work they do. Great people.

I went Thursday this week and thought I had made an appointment for that day. Well turns out I made it for the next week and they were still so helpful. I recommend these guys for anything! I loved everyone I got to talk to, they showed me the things that were wrong with my car and explained. They fixed all of it and were super positive to be around. Really great crew up there!
