I love Murphy's gas station I usually get my cigarettes at the Murphy's on Marshall, this morning, before 630 Am i found myself on the loop, so I went to this Murphys gas station,Where I usually only go to get gas, I was in a hurry so I went ahead and got my carton of cigarettes here, nowUsually I get my cigarettes at the one in on marshall so with my phone number and my $5 off coupon. My order came to $63. I gave the gentleman my $100 bill. And he looked at me and said. I can't cash that I said what do you mean? He said, I can't cash your $100. I don't have change. I said my orders $,63. That's $37 change, he said, I don't have it. If you don't have an alternate payment method, I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. I said I don't understand He said, do you have an alternate payment method? I said, of course, I do so I paid with my card and I was headed out the door when he said I knew you had a card and I said it's not like I bought a $1.25 candy bar. I spent more than half of the $100. You couldn't even give me $37 change. I said that's OK, I'm quick at those Google reviews.I love Murphys gas station.I get my cigarettes and gas there.I will not be going back to the one on the loop.They are always rude and disrespectful to the customers.And I don't like it.

I only buy real fuel and all they ever seem to have is ethanol garbage. I can't imagine why it's rarely available. Could be people are getting smart and buy only real fuel.

Best prices on tobacco, even beating the very large discount tobacco store less than .5 miles away.
Typically lowest or very competitive gas pricing.
Store is usually always very busy, you may want a moment, but employees have always been friendly and as fast as possible most times in my experience.
My only complaint is the dangerous parking lot. A bit small to accommodate the volume of fuel and store customers. Be very careful entering and exiting.

We come here just about every day! The staff is always kind! One employee who goes above and beyond is Tiffany. She always has a smile on her face and genuinely cares when asking how you are doing! She is a huge asset to your company!!

I love Murphy's. They have the best prices on cigarettes in town. And gas is usually cheaper than anywhere else. It stays super busy from open to close. Not enough parking for all their customers
There's always a parking lot full and sometimes it can be hard to find a spot. It's right next to Longview High School and because of that they ID EVERY time. I've watched a couple of the employees interact with their customers and they seem to know just about all the students and the students seem to like the employees a lot. My son always walks over if his phone is dead and the employees always let him use their phone. Positive place for sure in many aspects.

Went around 1:00 today and stopping got me $25 worth of gas gave the cashier a $20 bill and a $10 bill went out there to pump the gas and realize that I didn't get my change when I went back in there the same cashier guy was trying to argue that I only gave him $25 with the presence of the manager sitting there so I told him to run the cameras back. Manger told me to finish pumping gas then come back in. When did was given 5$ on gas. Apparently the white male does it often and that's not a good look or svc. 😢
