I had an exceptional experience with Oak Hill Automotive yesterday and specifically, their owner, Daniel! I ran into a problem on a weekend with a locked wheel on my 1972 VW Bug, and despite it being his day off, Daniel answered his phone and took the time to ask me about my issue and walk me through some options. Called late in the day, around 3:00 or so to see about getting a tie rod for a 74 Volkswagen. They had it in stock and offered to try their best to get it ready for FedEx before the end of day. It showed up at my house before noon the next day! What a great experience and excellent customer service. Thank you!

What a good experience I had today with Daniel and his father . At Oak Hill automotive I bought my 76 beetle and to get looked at for repairs, these guys are knowledgeable about everything Volkswagen beetles.
