Bought two pairs of jeans on the same day, one khaki and one blue. The blue ones got holes worn in them within a month while the khaki ones didn’t. When I finally got a chance to return the blue ones, they wouldn’t accept them. Jeans are supposed to be rugged. I work a desk job, not construction or anything where the wear and tear should mess up my jeans that fast. I’ve bought their pants for years and never had this issue but when I have a clearly defective pair, they won’t refund me. What happened to their quality?

Everything in there is bland and ugly now, old navy did not use to be that way, and that so called sale where Everything felt marked up (29.99) or higher 😂 for the % off sale, that really didn't feel like a sale at all. It wasn't even packed like it normally was.

My favorite place to shop ? my only complaint would be that the shirt styles have returned to crop tops. They were great when I was 16 yrs. only weighting 116 lb. Not so much in my 50's and weight??? If I was younger I would so wear them.

The store manager as of December 2023 is M****e. She has used employees personal time off without their permission. She talks down to her employees. Complaints have been filed by several employees and nothing has been done about the situation. When an employee resigned formally with a letter and a new job offer M****e trashed the letter and filed it as a termination so that the company can't see how many people are truly resigning under her management. .There was a water leak at one point where water ran through the electrical panel in the back room and employees were still required to walk through the water to get their work done. Before this manager took over the store, this particular employee was promoted several times with 2 pay raises in a 2 year period. Managers like this need to be held accountable. I hope Old Navy headquarters pay more attention to how this store is being run. I don't care if you look up who we are M****e. You are a terrible person. Be profession and get your act together. Your supposed to be a leader and a role model for these young employees instead of hiding in the back room all day and reprimanding people. You don't run anything your employees do.
