Usually a good place to shop, but the selling experience makes no sense. They offered me $10 for a giant rocking horse, keep the Temu/shein options and pass on the practically new brand name items, and will accept about 5 items out of the hundreds I bring in, saying everything else was too poor quality to accept.
I'll keep shopping here and in thrift stores to keep the clothes out of landfills, but won't plan to sell here again.

I love this place and I think they give a pretty good deal whenever you go to sell your clothes and even good prices when you’re buying your clothes

They give you $30 for a bulk of name brand clothes that would cost a lot more in store then tell you the rest looks to used when it doesn’t I’ve seen worse on the racks. Won’t sale here anymore.

Today I seen a Facebook video of a expecting couple going to a 'once upon a child' curious if we had one near after their shopping spree I found this one it's a hour away from me. But worth it!!! I was able to get all three of my kids 2,6,&7 really nice clothes! They had extremely friendly staff that helped out along the way. We will definitely be back. ?

Huge variety of used kids clothes, shoes, toys and much more. Very reasonable prices! You can even sale your kids clothes and shoes. They take all seasons items.

This is one of my go to stores for childrens clothing as it makes it affordable and I can sell clothes to get credits to buy new sizes. More than two weeks ago, while I was shopping, my partner was walking with our children while I was looking through clothing. I hear my 4 year old start crying and yelling saying how he was hurt. At first I didn't see anything, however, when he showed me what was wrong we pulled an industrial staple out of his knee. He was bleeding and crying loudly how he was bleeding and how it hurt. This happened by the shoes, which is right by the front desk. As I am comforting him to make sure that he is okay as well as trying to help his bleeding knee, I turn to the front desk to show that he was bleeding and held up the industrial staple. EVERYONE behind the desk, all 5-6 people turned away from me as they didn't notice what had just happened, someone of the opposite side of the store could have heard what happened however the staff ignored it. As I went up to the counter to get a bandaid and something to clean it off with nobody said a word to me and one lady turned around to get a bandaid. As she handed it to me all she did was hold out her hand for the industrial staple, still not saying a word. At a childrens store, why is there a very sharp industrial staple on the ground, there are going to be kids in the store! No one offered one ounce of compassion or empathy for the situation. No one asked if he was okay, no one acknowledged the situation, they purposely ignored it. I've sent the owner a message online, called 4 times, spoke to two managers, and all they tell me is that the owner is going to call me. They have still yet to call me over the situation so that shows that they don't care about the customers who are hurt in the store. Yes, I will continue to shop there, however I will never be taking my children back in there as having sharp objects on the ground is a hazard. The lack of customer service by employees and the owners is absolutely crazy. I am very disappointed in this business.THIS IS EDITED AS AN ADD ONAs you can see, other reviews where someone was unhappy with product or prices received a reply back. This review has gone a week and still has not received a reply and I have still not heard back from the owner over my hurt child at their store. This shows their business practices and how they truly treat their customers. Unbelievable for a childrens store.

I really was excited about this place until I got there....I really couldn't find anythingdo to to many cloths packed together on a rail cant find anything but when i did the price was outrageous very high THESE ARE USED THINGS not brand new!! Then I bring in a swing that cost me 120.00 dollars an all they was willing to give was 20$ an I go to look at there swings witch they sold for 75$ an my swing was a lot better than there's.so I don't think I will be going back there anymore .one more thing the cloths are old an wore out .

Complete waste of time I brought in things that still had tags on it and it still took over an hour for the snobby kids to tell me to wash them and bring them back

The store itself is good. Clean for the most part. Great variety of clothes, toys, etc.The customer service in my eyes needs to improve a LOT. I have decided to contact corporate due to the fact I’ve never been able to truly have an amazing experience because of the rude looks, the laughing at customers, whispers, etc. The twin sister who wears her hair in a bun every day always has a negative look on her face when you walk in. When I brought in an item she very rudely told me she wouldn’t take it and then went back over to her group and laughed about it with everyone. We have been at the register to pick up our items and she has just stared at us. I know I’m not the only one who feels the same about the customer service based off other reviews, and other families who have also shared their experiences with us. You work at a children’s store. Why look like you’re miserable and be rude and judgemental? When even my kids commenting on it I knew I had to speak up. Please work on customer service skills. If you don’t like your job or being around all the customers choose a different occupation. Some of the ladies that work there need to be humbled big time. ?? I hate going in there because of the vibes that are put off and just the majority of the staff being unfriendly.

Brought in multiple name brand clothes in excellent condition and they offered $3.90. What a joke. Made me wait 4 hours just to get told I’d get $3.90. Yeah, not coming back. Facebook marketplace is a better option seems like. smh.
