I had to come in and have a window repaired because some landscapers through a rock with a mower. The lady at the front desk that helped me was very rude I also decided to have my windows tinted so I did and had to take it back a couple times. The darkness is still not right the technician says it is limousine black which should be 5% I will be having it checked to see if he told me the truth.Not happy at all

Great experience for a windshield rock chip repair. Miguel provided excellent customer service and had us in an out in 10 minutes. The work was excellent and the pricing was very affordable. Will definitely bring my vehicles back here.

Best glass in Longview highly recommend got a windshield replaced and he fixed my hood latch and grab handle for no extra charge and didn’t even ask him to fix them HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

On Time is probably the best glass repair shop me or my family has ever been to. We were driving on the interstate and had a small rock completely shatter the entire back window of my car. The window it shattered was over $500 at any of the other places we had called. They quickly found the window, picked it up, replaced it in less than 45 minutes, and only paid $250. Definitely recommend for quick repairs. Miguel was awesome!!
