My engine light was on so I stopped at the O'Reillys on Gilmer rd. Shannon helped me find out what was wrong and get me the part I needed to fix the problem. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back there if I need something for my truck. Great job!

I needed my front signal light replaced and it was extremely hard to pull it out. I was assisted by Kermit and although I expected him to give up after working with it for awhile, he kept working at it until he succeeded. Thanks again Kermit for going above and beyond.
