Had an altenator bech tested. Free service offered by O'Reilly Auto Parts. My altenator was bad but the associates were friendly and helpfull.

Went in to this location and asked them to test my battery. The representative said that my battery needed a charge up but to start my car to test it more. The rep told me my alternator was bad.
I went to a local shop that can rebuild them and they tested my alternator and said it was in great condition.
This location has cost me $225 in labor that was unnecessary and I would’ve given them the money for a new battery. I’ll NEVER use this location again. I also asked about other parts for my vehicle and that same rep told me don’t buy from them because they’re to expensive.

Horrible. Some skinny red head chick on a power trip just refused to give me $200 core back . Then refused to give me the money for my core now I have to pay a core charge at dealership

The salesman was not knowledgeable about the product even after reading the directions or trying to read directions off the can he gave me wrong information. I read the directions and discovered his misinformation.
