I will update as this process progresses. My last car buying experience this past February was a complete hell. So I was not looking forward and still have my guard up on this process. That said, so far the salesperson and management are extremely nice and upfront. No games, no sudden changes and usual car dealership games. So I will update when either finish buying or have to walk away. Let's hope for finishing!
Update.
Need to say thank you, finally, a car buying experience that was not bad. They stuck by their word, followed up appropriately and no games and or pressure.

I do not live in Longview and purchases a pre-owned Lexus online site unseen which was a little scary. But it was as depicted, and I received a fair price.

My vehicle a 2023 xt4 cadillac was taken to orr by a collision center. I was having issues with my speakers and my check engine light was still on after the collision center worked on it and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Well I started having issues the very first day of my vehicle being there due to lack of communication. After not having my vehicle for 3 months prior to it going to them of course I'm wanting updates. After lack of communication I decided to have another dealership go get my vehicle. I spoke with a service advisor Chantel and asked if my vehicle had been worked on? She said no. So I explained that someone from wagner the other dealership would be by there to get my vehicle. She said okay and asked if there was an issue. I expressed to her what my issue was. I get a call the next morning from Chantel saying that the service guy was gone already when she had talked to me and told her that morning that he put the part in my car the previous day and that my car would be fixed. They were suppose to fix the fuel pump and control modules. Wagner did still get my vehicle and it turns out orr did not fix anything. Wagner had to. After being in a car accident all you want is for your vehicle to be back whole. This made for a terrible experience. I would never do business with them.

Waited almost 2 hours when appointment was scheduled for 10:00. The wash job afterwards was a joke. Looked like they just sprayed water then smeared the windshield. Service rep NEVER went over any future services needed.

DO NOT use the body shop. They had my car for over 2 weeks. Got my car back there were scratches on hood and the hood wouldn’t open. Took it back to body shop and the body shop manager acted as if he didn’t understand why I was upset even after I pointed out to him the scratches and the fact that my car needed an oil change and couldn’t get one due to the shoddy work that was done by the body shop. I’ve used them many time in the past but will for sure not use them ever again.

We were interested in purchasing a Jeep Gladiator diesel. We found the color and engine we wanted at this dealership. We drove over 2 1/2 hours one way. Prior to leaving, we touched base with salesman Christian and told him we were on our way and he said he was taking the vehicle to detail to “freshen” it up. We arrived and it was under the awning. We get in to look it over and a check engine light was on. Christian proceeds to tell us “yeah there was a service sign in it when I took it to detail it needs to have a regen done to the exhaust”. He said to go ahead and take it on a test drive but not to go over 20 miles because the engine will shut down and he would come get us in a nice presidential Cadillac if it did. We did the test drive, the engine was sluggish and there was more of an issue than a regen. I’m sorry, but he knew there was an issue and didn’t have the courtesy to let us know before we made a round trip drive of 5 hours. This is not how you should do business.

I set up an appointment; 3 days later truck still not looked at. After 2 days of texting not getting anywhere, I called and was told appointments were for drop off only. That's a lie. During the phone contact, I was told truck may be looked at some point that day, but was not certain it was going to be looked at. So, I told them forget it. I will come and get it. John told me a little rudely that I could do that. When I came to pick up the truck, they did not even know where it was. I had to go find it myself. I am a disabled and walking in parking lots aggravates my disability. My truck was there for front end work, 4 new tires, and most likely brakes. I was in the market for a new GMC but will not be doing anymore shopping there or at any other Orr dealership. Thank you, Orr, for doing nothing. If I could give no stars, I would.
