Not much to see . It's pretty small. Same old shops that were there when they opened .a few new ones but nothing that really catches the eye. The new Hallmark store is top notch though.

My friend had me hold her emotional support animal while she went to use the bathroom and the mall manager kicked us out then proceeded to be indecent even when I said I was leaving. I now would rather drive an hour now to Tyler instead just shameful and highly unprofessional

Enjoyed the annual outdoor tree lighting. Lots of vendors, activites for the kids, DJ, free popcorn and cocoa. We enjoy coming every year. My daughter enjoyed the "train" ride and was able to ride it 3 times lol. She was able to decorate the tree with her ornaments and take home create your own ornaments and Christmas related decorations.

It's a great family friendly mall, with a good variety of stores. Store employees very friendly. Mall Security is always helpful with directions, incidents and lost and found items. I highly recommend them for an enjoyable and safe shopping experience.

No signs posted that if you leave a movie after the mall is closed you can't leave through the mall so security makes you walk around outside and is extremely rude when you ask what way is shorter and goes " when the mall is open" again no signage saying you can't leave through certain doors at certain hours. Extremely rude staff especially since the entrance we came in was straight across the way. WouldNot recommended even shopping here

Great place to shop but way to many kids hanging out on the weekends. The kids are very disrespectful and won't be going back there. Tyler Mall seems to keep it under control better .

I used to work there in the mall and the head of security Jason needs to take a page out of the courtesy handbook and learn some manners. There's a booth that sells wallets purses and knives well my wife was made to feel uncomfortable by the owner. I spoke to Jason about it and he said if you have a problem there's the door get out I went dude I'm a veteran, and I'd gladly speak to the police regarding this behavior he said I'm not gonna call the authorities I'll boot you out myself. I spoke to my boss about it the next day he got after me and said don't speak to security they have enough problems with me I was appalled. Nowadays I avoid the mall like it's the plague unless I'm going to one store but I avoid the rest of the mall. I am also allergic to tree nuts and the cookie shop likes to air out their peanut butter cookies I have to get away because usually, I start to need my EpiPen which I don't want to have to do just because I'm walking around with my wife.

They are not 2A friendly, which is a complete turn off for an East Texas business. Would rate 0 stars, but can't. Don't bother. If they don't care about your safety then why should they get your business?

It has lost a lot of business but the atmosphere is still nice. The food court is still great. The place is clean

It was okay. I mean for a large town, you expect a better shopping experience. I would like to see a perfume shop, or a exotic perfume oil vendor atleast, and more shopping stores for women that's comparable to body central or what used to be the body shop (now closed). The only highlight was that pretzel shop which is amazing.

For Relaxin’ massage inside the mall:After seeing a previous review about this place I was hesitant to go but I decided to try the Body massage. Normally I prefer a female worker but the lady was already with a customer so I had the male worker.I would rate this experience 9.5/10. He was very respectful of my privacy, I had a sheet placed over me. The bed was fully covered in sheets so I was more comfortable about cleanliness and as someone who’s been to different massage places before, there was nothing unusual. The man speaks limited English however, he understood me when I said “hurt” on my sore areas or when I said “feels good ??”. When it hurt, he said “softly” which he then adjusted the pressure. He always asked me if I was okay, so it’s better to speak up when you are uncomfortable. The massage was focused on acupuncture and I would say it’s an Eastern medicine type of massage. Overall, Full body massage 60 min for $65 was very good. He got my back, shoulders, neck, legs, feet, and even my face! I added extra time for the feet massage because it was too good. Total payment was $95 without tip. I will be back! Highly recommend!

I came here years ago but I haven't been here for a long time and was surprised that it was still here. Not too many malls exist anymore. I found a small business booth that I thought they wanted the money and not going to be able to help me but I was Wong the young lady knew what I was describing and I didn't know that the device was working until I got in my truck and then my surprised was it really worked for me. Great service at a mall that I will definitely come back in the near future, Thanks.

I love the Mall. Almost every store in there is professional with good service. The Perfume N More store that has moved to the center of the mall is not professional. They are shady and underhanded. Example, I purchased some cologne that they said is what I'm looking for, It was not. I went to return it and they do not do refunds. They will exchange it for something else I do not want, but they REFUSE to give me a refund. I looked all around their sales area and asked where this "ZERO REFUND POLICY" is located at and the lady told me it is on the bottom of my receipt. So in other words, you do not know you can't return it till you buy it. That is shady and underhanded. They will never get my business again and I will inform anyone I see looking at their products that they can not get a refund and should go elsewhere to get your cologne or perfume.

I thought with the big new stores they had come in like Bass and, Conns and the newest place that they would bringing in some better stores inside the mall. Like maybe an Armani Exchange, Macy's or a Saks. There is a new little store in there that has some nice lady clothes cheaper than anywhere else I've seen. I forgot the name but that place is worth the ladies taking a looks. Nice dresses, shirts, shorts. I bought my girlfriend 4 complete outfits for $80. Then I spend almost 500 at the Buckle for 2 outfits. This store I'm talking about is on the Penny's side of the mall.
