So many dead fish... wow. Went to make a purchase of some fish and ended up leaving empty handed. Idk why you have so many dead in your tanks but that's not healthy for the fish still living. The store in general is dirty. And online doesn't match in store. Won't be back. I'll go to petsmart.

I took Chloe (Maltipoo) to Petco for a grooming session and specifically requested a trim for her hair. When I went to pick her up, the groomer had the audacity to say that Chloe was very matted. This was completely false; my dog was not matted at all. If the groomer was too lazy to do her job properly, she should have communicated that instead of giving Chloe a bald cut when I only asked for a trim. I've been really upset about this since Saturday. It's infuriating to hear that my dog was matted when she clearly wasn't. I strongly advise against taking your dog to Petco for grooming. I would mention the groomer's name, but out of respect, I won't. However, she knows who she is.😡

I came in for fish food, but some pretty guppies caught my eye. It was really nice that someone was there to catch fish. In most pet stores, you have to go hunt someone down or wait forever for someone to be free to do it. Not at the Longview Petco! These fish are well cared for as well.
