My dog had an appointment at 9:45 AM.... They said he would be done at 3 which I thought was plenty of time for him to be groomed considering he's a yorkie. I called around 2:30 just to see if he was almost done. They hadn't even started on him! They then said the would have him ready at 5..... I picked him up. Don't recommend going here at all unless you have your whole day to give!

Today was my first time using Petco's grooming services and I was disappointed. The lady was very nice and actually did a very great job on my dog, but the price was crazy. When I booked online I chose the basic $50 dollar package because it was all my pup needed, and when I dropped her off the lady and I talked about adding on a nail buff which was $12, but when I signed for her to go back it said the total would be $72. I was a little confused where the extra 10 came from but I assumed it was a forced tip or some fee and went on. When I picked my dog up the total ended up being $96 before a tip. I asked the lady at the register and she said I had to have the app and subscription to get the $70 cut. On my receipt it shows I paid for the $50 "Long hair small bath and shave," which was what I wanted but then there was "Add 15 minute brush, shave, and brush out" charges added. Overall the lady did a really good job, I am just really frustrated with the inconsistency of the pricing after paying 2x as much as I planned.

I have had the WORST experience with the Petco grooming department. One woman in particular made my experience, upon many others I have spoken to, quite terrible. Very rude and hateful... lacks professional communication skills and shows no customer service or courtesy.

Do not order online, I ordered something to be picked up the same day, the order went completely through and I immediately received a message saying that my order couldn't be processed because the item wasn't in stock, yet it was 30 seconds ago when they took my money. I called the customer service number and the lady was nice from India or Thailand but the money would take 2-3 business days to return to my account. Why does it take 2-3 days to return my money when it took about 5 seconds to take it?!!!

Went to petco today, the tortoise they had in their tank was dead. It had fresh food, so a worker had to have noticed it dead this morning. So sad. I don’t recommend this place at all, because this isn’t the first time seeing dead animals in their habitats.

If I could give zero stars I would. 2/3 of the cats available for adoption had eye issues. When brought to the workers attention she didn't seam to care and blamed that it was not her position. All was needed for one cat was to simply wipe his face. The other was more serious. For having a code of ethics and conduct you don't seam to care about the living animals you home in your store!

We went to this store for the first time recently, and bought some new fish. I'm somewhat new to the whole fish thing, so I asked questions and went home assuming everything would be fine. Within 48 hours, the fish that I've had for months, along with the petco fish, were all dead. Love everything from the supplies to animals to the grooming salon. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The management is great. The groomers take their time and don't rush the babies thru. They keep the dogs comfort and safety first.

I purchased a Royal Gramma from here and within 2 days it was deceased due to ick. Not realizing the No Returns policy I was denied when I tried to return it. Nor was I informed that I'd have to return it to corporate with photos and receipts. Nobody at this facility mentioned anything about this nor was there any posting at the store about the policy. Perhaps it's my fault for getting anything from Petco and expecting there to be any quality involved. I'll NEVER buy any living creature from Petco ever again. LFS only for me

I've been to this location several times!! And Dottie.. who is always working when I go there is always smiling always greets me and others !! She is helpful and is willing to go above and beyond to help!! I have come in a few times and have not been acknowledged or greeted or asked if I need help.. ignored .. makes it uncomfortable.. kudos to Dottie.. she is the MAIN reason I'll come back.. customer service is very important ,in any business. it's hard now a days to find that.. Petco is lucky to have her!!
