Went to buy crickets for my bearded dragon. They were out. They aren't out as often as Wet Pets and Critters or Petco but I do find that I have to buy worms instead quite often. Their prices are much better than the competitors but their customer service is horrible. Besides the little girl that actually gets you your crickets, I have had to hunt down an employee in every occasion.

Got my dogs “haircut” they told me they couldn’t get anything done bc she was moving around too much and the proceeded to make me pay full price. Always come in for other needs and there is only 1 cashier and a long line. PetSmart as a company has good products but this location needs more employees and shouldn’t charge for haircuts that are not even done!!

The store was really clean which is always a plus. Customer service was on point. I found some great deals. And..they have an organization that they donate to to help children in need. I like that.

Ash was beyond amazing while helping my daughter and I adopt a new kitty. She was extremely informative and answered all questions in a professional but easy to understand manner throughout the whole process. Ash was also able to check us out and made sure I got all the deals!! Thank you again, Ash!
