First time customer & loved them! My dad uses them & when someone hit the front of my car, I took to Precision to get repaired. Only took them 4 days to repair fully & many parts had to be ordered. Fast and very efficient- will definitely use again. Plus, I use an insurance company that can be an issue & they handled it all amazing! Thank you!!!!

Precision Body Works is the best! I have been using them for YEARS! They just repaired my Toyota Sequoia after it got backed into in a parking lot. It looks better than new! Laurie also took me to pick up the rental car from Enterprise and met me there this morning so I could return it. Great customer service!

So I had the misfortune to have a fender bender a few weeks ago, actually a hood and grill bender. A couple of weeks ago I started asking for recommendations for local body shops. Thankfully someone mentioned Precision Body Works. After getting a couple of estimates I decided to go with them, not because they were the lowest estimate because they were not, but because I just got a good feeling about the owner and felt confident they would do a good job.After paying for the parts we agreed that I would drop it off after the parts came in. The parts came in and I picked a day to drop it off, but in that small time frame is when the hail storm happened. And of course there was lots of cars that were damaged and they had their fair share of jobs lined up. But I went ahead and dropped mine off and did not figure it would be ready for at least a week maybe 2. I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up today (Thursday). Have to say it looks way better than it did even before the accident. Quality work and excellent customer service....Very happy with the whole experience but most of all with the way they treat their customers. They made me feel like I was a friend and my car was the most important job they had to do. They will definitely be my choice for any kind of body work from here on out. And after getting home I opened the hood and could not get it to close, I was reluctant to really slam it, so I called Laurie. She immediately sent Kevin to my house and he got it closed and explained that since it was new parts everything would be tight for awhile and it would have to be closed a little more forcefully for awhile. Such service. Great business.

They've done minor work for me in the past, but they just worked on my girlfriend's car after she got rear-ended.Excellent service. Super friendly. Professional. Competitive price. Kevin and Laurie are great people who do great work!

My drivers side window refused to roll up on my handicapped van. I was in a real bind because without use of the van my 13 year old with cerebral palsy was literally stranded. It was far too cold to drive her around with a window down. I sought help and heard multiple recommendations for this shop. They worked me in immediately, and made a same day, fast repair! Price was extremely fair, we are very grateful for them and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto work done! Also the staff are very friendly, enjoyed visiting while waiting for my repair to be done. The pets were friendly too ?Service: Electrical
