The employees were rude and judgmental, couldn’t even check out at the cash register without getting rude looks and overhearing nasty comments. Won’t be going back, just going to have to find another place for sports wear.

I was looking for shoe's to relieve me from plantar fasciitis pain in my feet. I knew I wanted Hoka but not sure which one I'd need or even like. Josh came to my rescue. Introduced me to the shoe I liked and one he recommended as well. He was kind and patient as I walked the store in both pair of shoes trying to decide on which one to purchase. He explain how each pair of shoe's was different and what each pair would do to support my feet. I went with his recommendation! Thank you Josh for taking the time to help me find the right shoes. I will definitely be back to shop for shoe's here. The customer service from entering the store until we left was pretty awesome!

Super helpful and kind staff. They only carry quality lines of athletic and adventure clothing, so be ready to pay a premium price for the best.

Very helpful staff. The gentleman who helped me was patient and willingly kept going to the back to try to find different sizes for me to try and checked other stores' stock and the website, trying to find the color I wanted.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, a young lady helped me (didn't catch her name) and she had every answer I needed and made sure I was doing things in my end also. Will definitely be back!

Last time I went no one asked if I needed help, but they did ask for my identification when I used my card. I was surprised because the other people in front of me where not asked. Must be cause I’m not Caucasian

Called about a certain pair of shoes and spoke to Haley who went above and beyond to help me find the shoes i needed did my payment over the phone so all I need to do is pick them up! Thank you Haley for excellent customer service and pleasant experience!!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! All the girls there are super nice and make sure you are doing okay and finding everything you need. I always go in to buy some of their awesome t shirts. One of the guy staff members went to go look in the back for 2 sizes for me. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size but he brought out a different color that was similar. Then a older lady (I believe she was the manager) came out and came to check on me and was just super nice! When I was all done looking I went to the cash register and a girl helped me out and again just super nice and caring!!! I love coming to this store because the one in Tyler their staff is so rude and don’t care at all about you ! Longview is definitely better trust me, you will see when you go in ! Thank you again guys for my shirts!
