My boots didn’t even last a year and the sole ripped off one of the boots. I went to this location to use the warranty and they refused to honor it. I will never buy redwing boots again. It’s just overpriced junk with a useless warranty.

Was told my $250 3 month old work boots weren't replaceable under warranty after the inside came apart. They replaced them anyway, but come on, these are work boots, do I need to be gingerly them?

Atmosphere and employee propriety at this location is superior. Staff displayed an acute and thorough understanding of the products they carry, and a demonstrable knowledge of technological advances in foot-care, like 3D foot modeling. The arch of my left foot is higher and slightly shorter in length than my right, and I was offered 3D printed insoles to correct fitment issues I have always felt but did not know why, until now. Quality and reliability are what make Red Wing a lifetime brand, but this business being locally owned and operated for over 20 years, is why it is a hometown store worthy of patronage. -Thanks guys
