Regions Bank in general, and especially in Longview, Texas, has provided me with very poor service in recent years. For example, an elementary service like responding to my noticification of change of address in August 2009 and not been acknowledged or resulted in any action being taken . As I am temporarily living abroad, I have emailed, sent letters by regular post and contacted Regions customer service at Regions 800 number, and still 8 months later Regions is sending my bank statements to my old address. This is definitely not the bank to entrust with your savings, CDs or other investments. Robert Roady
