Regions is terrible now!! I’ve been with them for years especially when it was a student checking account …I was supposed to get paid today and my check was not deposited into my account! Contacted this local bank and the bank teller was not helpful at all! She told me I needed to contact my job to see why my funds were not deposited into my account . She said it could be due to the holiday .. But little does she know I also work for a bank and some of my funds from mg check that I have sent to my JOB (bank account) was deposited to the account today so i’m not understanding why the rest of my check was not deposited into my regions account .Really thinking about closing out my accounts they are not helpful at all! I had to contact customer service just to get an answer about my funds !

I have always had good interactions with the staff and customer support. They offer me options and opportunities, but don’t push products. I appreciate their service!

The Hawkins Parkway branch has numerous opportunities in regards to their business practices.No signs stating that the branch will be closed on New Years eve. Only a sign showing closure for Monday in observance of New Years day.

They answer locally but can’t do anything. You have to go to a branch or wait for over 30 min for anyone to answer the phone from corp. They frequently lockout your online bank account and the Zelle always seems to not work. Not dependable.
