I've purchased 4 pairs of glasses from the Optical Center at the Longview Sam's Club. Incidentally, they offer an array of perks to Sam's Club Plus Members. Camysha, the friendly, young manager, always has a smile and professional counsel for me. (or, just a welcomed wave and 'hello' should I pass by her department on unrelated trips to Sam's.) It is a lifelong propensity of mine, when possible, to patronize businesses in which I've met managerial and/or administrative-tiered employees. Camysha happens to be one of those such folk, and this personable young woman gets world-class kudos from this repeat customer.Give 'em a try.

This location needs someone out at the gas pumps to instruct drivers that can't understand just WHAT the arrows on the ground mean !!!!!

Was told the tire not repairable. The next tire center down the street did repair it. Self inspected tire confirmed good treads top, outside and inner. I don't recommend this location for flat tire repair.

This review is for the bakery. I ordered a full sheet cake in advance for a work event. I asked for a design straight out of the Sam's Cake Book. The order was nothing abnormal or difficult. Plain white cake, buttercream icing, and the same design in the book. I had someone picking it up who knew what the cake SHOULD look like because I shared a picture of the design. The cake was ordered 3 days before pick up so there was plenty of time to make sure the cake looked nice. When the cake was picked up, it looked like it was decorated 30 minutes beforehand. It was missing details and had a huge split down the middle of the cake where they joined two half sheet cakes. It did not have the flowers on it that were in the book. It looked tacky. When my coworker pointed this out, there was no apology or any attempt to make it right. No discount of any sort was offered despite the complaints of how the cake looked. The cake tasted okay but the icing was gritty. Very disappointed at the lack of care and attention given and will not do business at this bakery again for any special event. I will not recommend to anyone.

This optical center is a joke. I did not like their unprofessional attitude from the very beginning but decided to give them a shot ordering new pair of glasses since they had the best price in town. The glasses came in with one of the lenses made wrong (by their own admission) and something else wrong with both lenses. Anything outside of direct line of sight was blurred out. They suggested to fix the first mistake to see how it would affect the second part. I agreed but the manager not only did not offer an apology but actually tried to get smart with me and was rude. So I asked for a full refund. Beware of the lower prices covering up for the lack professionalism.

This place is so dirty and disgusting. Corp needs to get in there and get some cleaning done. If and when a Costco comes in to Tyler, I will be out of Sams.

Giving 3 stars because of the friendly ladies that work here. The fairly expensive sunglasses (Calloway) sold here do not have very good customer support after the 60 day Sam's Club return policy. Plus Sam’s wants to sell a $40 extended warranty on a $100 pair of sunglasses. Spending the extra money on some Maui Jims at another store hoping they are better quality with better customer service.

Bought a birthday cake there labeled as white cake with white icing. It was in fact chocolate. Talked to bakery manager but she didn't offer replacement or refund. I will never buy anything from bakery again. Way to ruin a party.

This optical department should eithe r be closed or have someone there during their 10 am until 5 PM hours, I have been here for 45 minutes and no one is here, I will have to buy my glasses elsewhere, awful customer service

Ok this review is about the food before Covid-19. I love and I will say again I loved their pizza and hot dogs and don't get me started on how good the fountain Dr. pepper is is soooo good!! But they really needed to hire someone to do cleaning and stocking condiments. Cause it was always over flow garbage bins and nasty counter where the Condiments was and the fountain machines were either empty or sticky. But dang y'all they had good food and cheap as heck!!!! Now no food because of this dreadful COVID-19!!! I really miss it y'all!! I never thought I would say I miss normal!!!!!!!!! Ok now the store I love it I shop there twice a month sometimes more!!! But I hate that you buy something for awhile there and poof they never sell it again!!!! And open all the registers ok! And the perfume register needs to have some one there!!! I have wanted perfume and cologne and waited and asked for someone to help just to have no one show so I didn't buy any!! But yeah I really miss going in there and eating! Yes I know you can I believe call a pizza in and pick it up but it's just not the same.
