“I accidentally came to this location of this franchise. During my distress, my front bumper broke, fell off and I was in a complete panic. Not only did Warren figure out and direct me to the proper location where my things are stored at. He also stood out here in the 105° Son and fixed my bumper for me. He tied it in and he made it drivable for me to go home to my kids. this was the best customer service that I’ve experienced in such a long time. Brian at the desk was also so patient and understanding. I highly recommend this storage facility. These are very good people that work here!!!

“I just recently started using Storage Plus of Longview on Pliler Precise Rd. Dewayne was very polite and enthusiastic! I took a load over there today and had several heavier items and Dewayne seen me unloading stuff and broke away from what he was doing to come help me! That right there is customer service! Not to mention brought me 2 cold waters. Highly recommend Storage Plus! Guarantee you won’t find better customer service anywhere else!”
“Best storage place in the area! They have great security and convenient hours/access. They also have really good pest control, which is often not considered. We rented another place in a nearby town and had spider webs and wasp nests and roaches throughout our stuff after only a few months, but after 3 years at Added Space everything was clean - not even a single roach. The people are kind, professional, and quick to answer Email. And to top it all off, the price was the best we could find in the area for the size we got. Highly recommended!”

The gentleman (Bill) that owns Longview Climate Storage is a complete and total gentleman.He will help you in anyway possible! He takes pride in his business, it always looks well manicured and cared for!While so many businesses are suffering right now with the pandemic going around.
