Got gas at the pump I only got $17 worth and they charged my card $61 tried to call but apparently the number is disconnected. Screw me over dinner and getting stuff for my son and I'm highly pissed off.

They close an hour before their posted time. It's 8 pm sign says open on a Saturday night lights are on cashiers inside doors locked. If you drive a rig don't waste your time stopping here.

I was overcharged for a juice and Starbucks cold drink. The clerk said 8.10 when I checked out but when I asked for a receipt it showed 6.47 so I thought I misheard and I didn't think more about it as I was in a hurry to get back on the road. When I got home a few days later I noticed the receipt I was given was not even for my card but was someone else's purchase. I tried to call the store but the number listed is disconnected. Double check what you are being charged as it is difficult to get back in touch with the retailer to dispute unless you live in town!

If you are driving through Longview, this is the place to stop! Superior costumer service, absolutely delicious food. Every single thing I tried was full of flavor, hot and appetizing.

Awesome food!! However, can you all that's yelping about it include the sonic? Folks this awesome bbq, fried pies, best coffee, awesome finds of canned jellies & veggies, sauces. Also has neat souvenirs & cute clothes to purchase. Has a buffet style restaurant inside. With awesome food!! Make sure to stop & enjoy this place. Need more in other states like this. Food & fried pies & other desserts are lip smacking good!!

Can't tell you how good this place is compared to what I've seen all the way from Destin to Dallas. This is 10 Stars. Extremely clean, so much stuff go buy, food, drinks, souvenirs, toys, FRESH sandwiches ( I've had thuna- delicious $5,99) Husband had Sonic Food- delicious! Friendly staff... clean restrooms, large coffee variety, big gas station... Husband was extremely impressed:)

Yes it is a Shell Gas Station but also Texas Best Smokehouse #5 (there are 9 of these). This one is located on the east side of Longview TX. Just a short distance from I20. Wife and I love to stop here when traveling. Clean bathrooms and plenty of food to choose from. This location has a Sonic. They have BBQ a bakery time to get your beef jerky and other goodies. Yep forth a stop.

It's something akin to a small Buc-ee's. Lots of choices for convenience stores. There are several good restaurant options, including Texas Best Steakhouse (which I'm now a fan of).
