“So much more than a place for mail. This is a ministry! Walked in to mail bills for my Mom while she’s in the hospital. We’re not from Longview so just trying to take care of business. This has been a hard season of loving my parents in their final years. One is struggling mentally and the other is struggling physically. Praying on the way to hospital this morning at my wits end. Walked into pack-n-mail and Goodness of God is playing. Then I see a book about Grace in the season I’m in. I wound up crying in the postal store. God knew what I needed today and provided through an ordinary errand. God bless the ones running this store!!”

“Very friendly staff. Went there with a FedEx return and no physical label. They printed one, added a packing list, sealed the box and sent the package for me at no cost to me. The UPS store wanted to charge for everything. I guess they don't like FedEx or maybe it's just me they don't like.”

“Pack N Mail has always been my first choice when sending packages because they are friendly and efficient. But my latest experience has confirmed that I will NEVER use another business to mail my packages. I sent a package to my daughter in New York City, and it got stolen by the front door of the building. The carrier did not take her package to her particular apartment and instead just left it right inside the front door of the building. When I notified James at Pack n Mail, he got right on it. After being turned down for a $100 refund for lost packages, James pursued it like it was $1000! I cannot say enough how much he stayed in touch with us, how he kept trying to present the facts to the carrier to try to get them to see it our way, etc. They are a great family owned business, and I will never use any other business to mail my packages. Thank you, James and everyone else at pack and mail who make me feel confident in doing business with you. You’re the best!!”
