Just rented a unit, and Chuck could not have been nicer or more informative. He explained everything in detail and walked me through the process, showing me where my storage unit was located and the best way to access it. He was honest about the unit i was inquiring about and told me that i could get everything i have in a smaller unit. The customer service there is excellent!! I highly recommend Simply Stor-It!!

Not safe or healthy place to Store your things.
They allow people to stay in the drive thru during the day/night, as in live in it. They know they are there as they have video cameras every where. They also know mold was left in the open air storage area on the north side of the drive thru for 2 months. Very nasty air borne mold based on professional restoration people that looked at my belongings after they were ruined. This company doesn't care about their customers. ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY!!!

Rented here for about a year and a half. Staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. No problems with my unit. Highly recommend

Nice place, but the staff parks inside and even in the way of the doors. So you either have to lug your stuff around their vehicle or go ask them to move: Almost every time I’ve been in I have had to go ask, can you please move your vehicle so I can access the unit. They do, however it’s none the less extremely frustrating.

I work for a moving company based out of Longview and I waited 3 hours and called the main office 2 times and never received help. Made my job 10 times harder.All we were asking for was if the bay door could be opened and they couldn't do it for us.

We have been with them for about a year now and starting to see a decline. My FIL who is 84 was in his unit on a ladder when the lights turned off on him. Luckily he was able too get down off the ladder, walk all the way down get the lights back on, walk back just to shut his unit because he didn't want the lights to go out on him again. He told management about it but nothing was done. There are cockroaches that have been dead for the last month or so still laying around.

The young Lady Grace that works in the office is by far the sweetest, Kindest, hard working young woman. She knows me by name when I come in and is always so kind when I have a problem or question. The office is always clean, and so is the rest of the place. My wife and I are always greeted with a smile and treated like she has known us forever. It is a complete indoor storage place. My wife is always safe there and out of the elements. They offer security and cleanliness. It is so convenient to have the drive through for older individuals. I came for some of the features offered but stayed because of how I was treated.
