We ordered 2 large drinks during happy hour. We ended up waiting close to half an hour for our drinks and had to press the button multiple times to get a response.

I have made reviews about how poor the amount of food this location does by not filling the cartons partially with food and even half of what should be in there.Update:I have gone back a few times after this and this will be probably if not for sure my last time coming here. I love the aspect of the sand play area so the kids can unwind while they wait for their food but there is a limit to my patience. I have seen the playground so junked with litter in the sand that you couldn’t walk on the sand just trash, I have seen the bathroom have poop literally everywhere that it look like a child played in it and smeared it everywhere so went somewhere else to go, I have also seen people put their baby bare bottom on the table with no blanket/pad to change the baby’s diaper and got poopy on the table which I told an employee about it and they cleaned it right after the people left and then from then on I brought my own stuff to clean the tables but the last straw was today when I saw a mom let her child pee in the sand. I told the employees about the incident and they didn’t even ask who it was to do anything nor did they want to refund my order that I had just ordered. I would not recommend going to this place because there are people who go there and don’t care to be clean.

I placed an order on my app, and when I went to the Sonic on fourth Street to pick it up, they informed me they did not have my item. They were not helpful in telling me how to get my money back only said I had to use my app for my refund. They were not helpful and it was very poor customer service. Never did get my money back!

I sat in line for 20 minutes waiting on my food just to be told it would be another 15 minutes I wouldn’t refer stopping at this sonic I’d spend my money else

This Sonic is gone to the dump. We got here at 5:15 p.m ,They were not busy. We went to three different spaces trying to get service. After 45 minutes we just left. We have gotten bad service from here for the last 6 months. Tonight was the final time. We won't be back. Everything we have ordered in the last 6 months has been horrible. The only reason I gave a 1 was so I could post.

Omg i enjoyed my burger yesterday! My burger was made perfect. It was made the way i like it. I have'nt had a good Sonic Burger in almot 15 years! This is my favorite Sonic.Update: 1/9/24Whoever worked this morning shift did their thing! They need to work all day! Lol. I havent had Sonic food that good in 4 years!

Waited 15 minutes for a shake and a drink. Pushed the button to tell them that I needed to leave, and waited 5 more minutes with no response. Finally had to go without the order.

I accidentally made an app order for this location, even though I was thirty minutes away. This isn't this Sonic location's fault, but as I realized immediately it should have been a simple solution to call them and have them cancel the order. It certainly would have been simple, if their phone worked! But apparently it's disconnected, so if you need to get in contact with this location you're out of luck. This is incredibly irresponsible and now I'm out the money. Maybe they'll use my money to pay their phone bill!

I placed a mobile order about 6 minutes before arriving at the store. I checked in to a stall, and my order was clocked out after about eight minutes. I proceeded to sit there for almost an HOUR waiting for the order to be brought out to us. No mobile order should take more than 5 minutes, especially not one that only has drinks in it.

I’ve ordered on my mobile app and still waited in line well over 1 1/2 hours in line. Got to the window without any reason or apology for the wait time. I even repeated my order to her to make sure it was correct only to get home and it was wrong so one of my family members didn’t get his food. I work retail so I don’t complain often because I know it’s not always easy to deal with the public. But this was by far my worse experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. It seems to happen a lot that my order is wrong at sonics in general. I like the food but it’s getting to the point it’s not worth the hassle anymore. Totally not acceptable.

Did a mobile order about 30 minutes prior to us getting to the store and still waited 30 minutes for our order and it wasn't even worth the wait. Definitely will not be coming back
