The people in the local office are nice and helpful but the folks they hire to do the installs are awful! I clearly showed the guys where a water line ran through and due to the lack of abilty to speak english the line was struck by a anchor they put in. They also tried to get me to give them $100.00 to level the building!! The management in north Carolina says they're not responsible and hung up on me. I don't like this company at all!
