Superior Storage is a stunning single-story, all indoor, climate controlled storage facility located in Longview. It is outfitted with the latest technology and is a great place. The facility is very clean with friendly and really helpful staff. The front desk staff went over and above the duties of customer service, were sympathetic and caring, and walked customers through everything. The facility features available electronic access with a cell phone so you don't have to keep up with a key. You can do everything online and the app access to unlock the doors and the unit made everything a breeze. The app might be a bit confusing at first, but the staff will help with that. They offer great prices for the features. Customers found the perfect unit and would highly recommend the company.
This company was very nice, however when I had to change the move date they did not have availability for 2 weeks later. Not their fault. The system works well!

Great place, very clean, friendly staff and available electronic access with your cell phone so you don't have to keep up with a key! You can do everything online so you don't even have to go into the office!
