JD was super kind, patient, thorough and most definitely helpful for making the move from Verizon Easy. Tan helped me get numbers and phone information prior to making that move as well. I have also called customer service and I can say I wish I would have changed sooner. My service is better at my job, checking clients out on my hotspot is much faster than Verizon.

This store attempted to scam me. I asked for two lines. They said it's my lucky day, I get a free third line. Then they quoted me the price for three lines (I had checked the website before going in). They said I should just leave the extra sim card in a drawer and not use it, because it's 'free.' Tried pretty hard to sell a watch, and would never say if they had a particular model phone in stock (deflected over ten times to another sales pitch every time I asked point blank). Sales in this office must be under intense pressure to combine data lines for watches and extra phones, to the point they lie and accept complaints to Tmobile.There is no good reason to go here if they are dishonest, when you can just use the tmobile website. Literally, no exaggeration, your monthly bill will be less than half if you just use the website, and you won't get multiple setup and fake activation fees.

I'm giving this location 3 stars because my initial visit when I set my account up was great. Now on to why 2 stars are missing. I feel like there should be a big red sign stating that this is only an Authorized Retailer. They have limited product knowledge and even more limited availability to help in real situations. Set the account up, never actually set up my Tmobile ID or properly entered me into the system. As I write this 8 months later I still have zero access to my account and even though I get emails about sales.

Very good people and very honest,I was gonna get a new phone from them,But the customer service representative told me that the area that I live in was a dead area and there service wouldn’t work here, So thankfull for her honesty

I recently switched over from At&t. I am a single mother, and with inflation I was driven in to check and see if I could save some money by switching to T mobile. Que Jay and Jared(?). They listened and helped me with my needs. I was so ready for high pressure sales tactics. And it was not the battle I thought it would be. They were delighted to help me find a plan and tools to help me with my needs and accomidate my budget. I got home internet that will save me a lot of money in gas running back and forth to the Library. They were patient as I asked anxiety driven questions over and over. Like my number could NOT change. They were warm and welcoming, and delight to hang out with while we got everything all set up. Thank you to both of you! Best switching experiance ever!

Went into inquire about their new internet services. Jay the salesperson helping me was absolutely amazing as was his coworker Tan. They explained everything to me perfectly and Jay helped to get the internet box thing set up so that the only thing I had to do was plug it up at home. They also helped my husband and daughter with all their millions of questions about the different phones.It was not a bad deal & I have two weeks to try out their internet for free. So far it's been 24 hours and the internet is working amazing. I I live just outside the city in a more country setting and it is definitely hard to get internet out here. T-Mobile's internet seems to be working great so we will see how the rest of the two week promotion goes but at this point it looks like we are definitely going to be keeping them.
