“Had an alignment done on my truck at another shop and when I left the steering wheel wasn’t straight and the truck pulled to the right. Took it back, spent 2 more hours waiting and the steering wheel still wasn’t straight and truck pulled to the right. Went back again, 1 more hours waiting and same thing. They finally said they couldn’t do it. Took it to SNW services and it was aligned perfectly the first time. Great customer service, knowledgeable technician and I am very satisfied. Highly recommend.”

“I’ve always had issues with shops aligning my truck and not doing good job. I’ve taken my truck to a shop right next to it, patriot cough cough. And recently they installed upper control arms and in 4 months my truck drove terrible, gave me almost bald inner tire wear and didn’t want to replace my tires. Turned out they didn’t tighten the arms. All they wanted to do was realign and call it a day. Took my truck to Southern and I trusted these guys and all I can say it I’ve never felt my truck drive this good. THE BEST, and will buy a set of tires off of them soon. Thank you 🙏”
