Set up an appointment for 11:30 am today. Specifically told them I’d be waiting on the car to have the recall done. Was told 45 minutes to an hour at most.
When I arrived at 11:20 to check in, was told that they’d get to my car ‘sometime this afternoon’. Said the appointment was just to drop the car off.
When I quizzed them. I was told they were short-handed and that they were backed up.
Why couldn’t they give a courtesy call beforehand? They knew they weren’t going to be able to honor my appointment well before 11:20 am!
I drove 40 miles to keep my end of the deal. Bad deal they wouldn’t keep theirs.
This is the 2nd time this has happened to me here. So, honestly, it’s my fault for trusting them again.
I’ve been using Classic in Tyler with great results, and I’ll continue that moving forward! They’ve done a great job each time I’ve used them, so I’ll just consider this a lesson learned.

Went to Toyota of Longview today on a whim after my husband saw a used Gladiator online. Tristan was great as we took a test drive. We ended up buying the Gladiator and my husband is happy. Finance team was just as attentive and professional. One of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had.

I um unsure why I didn’t run away from THIS establishment when I originally bought a car and less than 5 miles away the transmission was shot. I chalked it up to things happen the car was used whatever but the experiences I have had with this place of business makes the name TOYOTA equal or lesser than a pile of snakes! When I financed my car they told me for an additional fee per month I could get free oil changes. Upon arrival of my scheduled oil change the service manager told me I needed 2899.00 of routine maintenance to my car and presented that information as such that they couldn’t do the oil change without performing these other services, until I outright asked him. Then he said they would do the scheduled oil change and naturally they said my air filter and cabin filter needed to be changed, and battery terminals were corroded and needed to be cleaned and I needed tires. I said no on the tires, and went with the filters and terminals. It took them 10 hours and they never called me and at the end they overcharged me the manager told me that I would not be charged for the oil change, and my bill was $325.00 and as much as you do the math on this invoice I can not get any total that matches their figure. All I got was the run around! Be WARNED! And don’t ask them to explain the invoice to you because they can’t. Toyota used to be a name that can be trusted, but NOT HERE, no apologies for my having to come back 5 times, and no we’re sorry for any inconvenience or explanations offered. You used to be able to walk into TOYOTA AND HAVE CONFIDENCE YOUR GETTING THE BEST, now YOUR GETTING THE SHAFT!

Let me put it this way my car salesman Aston was great, but the financing team is sneaky. I put down 4,000 dollars on a car. I was told that my payment would go up 40 dollars a month if I was to do the warranty. Now somehow my warranty costed 4,000 dollars, no money was taken off my total for the car and I still owe 40 extra dollars a month. The cost of the warranty was never discussed only that my monthly payment would increase. somehow a 13,000 car that I put 4,000 dollars minus Tax and Title. Still is 13,000. NEVER will I ever recommend shopping at Toyota of Longview.

If you’re driving an hour to test drive a specific car with a set appointment, just be prepared for this dealership to not have the car on the lot anymore. Although the sales manager did attempt to sell me another car that would suit me better, I can’t find myself going back. Overall, an unexpected and unsavory experience. Save your time, stand on business, and shop elsewhere.

Had to stop getting my car’s service done here. They refused to honor my prepaid warranty for my tires. When I called they literally hung up on me. Anything beyond a regular oil change was a pain to get done. While the people working here are nice that doesn’t make up for the unprofessional services.

2 to 3 weeks ago I purchased 2022 Toyota Tacoma my second purchase from the dealership I put 1,200 miles on it and very pleased. Mason took care of me before the sale and after the sale. Good job thank you

The guys in the parts department looked up the parts I needed even though they were not easy to locate. They said that the parts would be there the next day. They were there the next day. I put them on my granddaughter’s car. They were the correct ones.

I’d like to give a shoutout to Samuel for helping us look for the perfect vehicle. Sadly I loved the Camry, but it is too low to the ground for my driveway. My husband loved the Rav4, but it just wasn’t a Camry. 🥲 Samuel went above and beyond to help me and if I get a new driveway he will be the first one I call!
