I see why Ms. Kendall says he is one of the best! I also want to thank Ms. Kendall and Mr Bobby Stafford for helping me with a serious problem that I experienced with other personnel. Thank you

Eddie Moreno was very knowledgeable and experienced in his job. He explained everything to me so I understood what he was doing. He was very nice. Craig did a very good job. Very thorough analysis of the problems we were having. He replaced a missing item and changed the settings on the system. He also advised me on when to check for proper performance and what additional service might be required.

Purchased a 26KW entire home generator from Sri-State after receiving their information from Generac sales. Did not know what to expect since I had never bough a home generator before. I was impressed with the knowledge of the salesman, Joe Crisp. The installation was just completed and the electrical/mechanical installation was much easier than I expected. The power was only down for 15 minutes or less and I really liked the installers. I would recommend Tri-State for your generator installation.

Sales and installation were great…customer service lacking. We were told service on our generac generator would always be speedy and that it was monitored remotely. No one returned messages, and when I finally got a hold of someone four days was the next appointment….not great for something that is supposedly guaranteed service, as part of the lease option. Not sure I would’ve done this had I known….
