I had an outstanding experience at the U-Haul location in Longview, Texas! From the moment I arrived, Manager Nick and employee Ethan provided exceptional customer service. They were both professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making my pickup quick and stress-free.
Nick made sure everything was organized and explained the rental process clearly, while Ethan went above and beyond by ensuring the trailer was clean, ready to go, and answering all of my questions with patience and a great attitude. Their teamwork and attention to detail really stood out.
It's refreshing to receive service from people who truly care about their customers. Especially after a 12hr ride in and turn around 12hr ride back. “Dave is just a awesome mild mannered Guy, we are renting a Storage Unit as well. We could of rented for $15 a month with a Competitor but decided to go with Added Space in Long iew, Texas , as the Customer Service, and prompt attention we received, was key to our happy decision. We met Dave and found this Location solved a few issues, one finding someone trustworthy, and clean, and professional, who had reasonable pricing on all his Units. We decided to go with the 10 x 10 for roughly $70 a month, this is a great deal, we also were able to rent a 15 Foot truck to bring the storage items back. Dave has many essentials, it's definitely a 1 stop shop, everything associated to your needs in 1 place. 5 Stars The Voight's”
